Meet Dr. Landon Olson
If you’re looking for care that actually helps your body hold onto changes—without feeling like you need to come forever—you’re in the right place.
Dr. Landon Olson grew up in the Alexandria area and has a lifelong background in sports and movement. After competing as a two-sport college athlete, he developed a passion for helping others stay active and pain-free.
He earned his degree in Exercise Science from Augsburg College and continued his education at Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he trained under a nationally recognized sports chiropractor.
His approach is simple: help you get out of pain by addressing both the spine and the joints that affect how you move—like shoulders, hips, wrists, and feet—so you can move better and the issue doesn't keep coming back.
Based in Alexandria, MN, his goal is to help you get back to doing what you enjoy—without feeling dependent on ongoing care.
Outside the clinic, Landon is involved in the local community through coaching and spends time outdoors with his wife and their two daughters.
Common Issues We Help
If you're dealing with any of the following, you're in the right place. We focus on finding and fixing the root cause.
- Back pain that keeps coming back
- Hip tightness and limited mobility
- Neck pain and headaches
- Shoulder and wrist pain from training, sports, or repetitive strain
- Sports injuries and overuse pain
- Pain that hasn't fully resolved
If something feels "off" but you can't quite fix it on your own, that's usually where we start.
Who Is This For
- Want to stay active without constantly working around pain
- Dealing with something that keeps coming back
- Frustrated with care that never actually fixed the problem
- Feeling "off" and want real answers—not guesswork.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is straightforward and focused on you.
We’ll talk through what’s been going on, how it started, and what you’ve already tried. From there, we’ll go through a movement-based evaluation to understand what’s actually causing the issue—not just where it hurts.
If treatment makes sense, we’ll get started that day.
There are no long-term contracts or pressure to commit to a plan.
The goal is simple: help you get out of pain, understand what’s going on, and get back to doing what you enjoy.
